About Mozakrah

Hi! My name is Mohamed Zein. After obtaining a degree in French language at Cairo university in 1996, I spent almost 20 years in the field of education, working in my first 7 years as a French instructor at French Institute and other known schools in Egypt. In the next 13 years, I started working at the French University in Egypt in many administrative positions. This career help me work closely with teachers, students, parents and different administrative positions. My last experience was in the quality department, which helped me decide to open my own project, Mozakrah. In July 2016, using my hole experience, I started working on Mozakrah, with my 2 co-founders, Mahmoud Soliman and Tamer Said Their large experience in the American and IGCSE curricula was very helpful in making big steps. We was persuaded to provide the best educational experience for students in Arab Countries who seek qualified teachers in order to obtain the highest results in their exams. In 2017, we created a legal entity named Home Board LLC, based in Delaware, in order to have business accounts with PayPal and Stripe, the most famous and secured payment gateway. The user experience was crucial for us and we built a strong data base using a mobile app in order to deliver fast and effective customer services 24/7 in the shortest time. We added a follow-up team dedicated to helping parents follow up the progress of their students. As we started with payment per session, we noticed that our customers wanted to add the payment system by course. We agreed to our valued customers and we added many payment option in our second version of mobile app. We continue to host the best teachers in order to provide the ultimate educational experience in Egypt and Arab countries.
